GeoDrink may process account data (email, name, date of birth and encrypted password), a selected place or foreground location when authorised, favourites, saved and tried drinks, language, subscription plan and technical data required for security and operation.

3. Location
Location is used only in the foreground to suggest local drinks. You can deny permission and choose a country or region manually. GeoDrink does not perform continuous background tracking.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Consumer digital purchases on mobile are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play through RevenueCat. GeoDrink receives subscription status, product, entitlement, expiry and technical identifiers, but not full card details.
Stripe may only be used for separate B2B/web payments, not to purchase digital content inside the consumer mobile app.
5. Purposes and legal bases
Data is used to provide discovery, accounts, personal lists, synchronisation, subscriptions, security, support and legal compliance. Legal bases include contract, consent, legal obligation and legitimate security interests.
6. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while the account is active. You can delete the account from the app through a temporary secure page and email code confirmation. Some data may be retained for tax, accounting or legal-claims obligations.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent by writing to privacy@geodrink.app.
8. Alcohol and minors
GeoDrink provides informational, cultural and travel content about alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It does not encourage alcohol consumption. The app is only for users of the applicable legal age. Users must respect local laws, their health and responsible consumption.
9. Third parties
Necessary providers may include PostgreSQL/PostGIS hosting and databases, Apple, Google, RevenueCat, email/support providers, device location systems and technical services. Mentioned trademarks belong to their respective owners.
